Missing Data All In One SEO Pack Plugin (add On)

You have a WordPress blog, but you think, Google Webmaster Tools or some other SEO servicce tells you that you are missing all sorts of helpful META tags. The Missing Data All in One SEO Pack Plugin add on is a great tool to install in addition to  All in One SEO. It does not work with FV All In One SEO plug in which is too bad. I like the lighter, client interface of the “FV” version, but that simpleness comes at a cost. I like my META info displayed on the “Post” and “Page” admin pages. Otherwise “Missing Data”  will find all pages and post missing title, description and keyword  META information. You really can’t count on  much SEO success if you don’t have the first two tags, title and description. Furthermore all your pages and posts must have unique title tags if you are serious about maximizing your search engine optimization.  Read more »

Wudman’s Top 6 WordPress Plugins

Your blog or site would be functional regardless if you put any more energy into the layout. On the other hand there are some plugins which are mandatory if you are going to be serious and I will share my top 6 here! WordPress does come with one very important plugin, Askismet, built in. Welcome to the new site!

A few hundred words on why I support WordPress going forward!

Wudman on why change now!

Originally I was not going to put a blog page on this site and let it stand in a fashion similar to the old version that can be found here.  This site was updated on 11.8.2010. It is built on a WordPress 3.01 Platform and is extremely scalable. I built this site as it is to give an example of how an inexpensive website can be very functional and informative. I am adding the blog because I wanted to compare the old website with this new one and hopefully enlighten potential clients or anyone interested why I am shifting hard to WordPress and other similar web content management systems (WCMS). Following the link you see the original site, slightly corrected for content and moved into a folder so it can still “live” as an example! Read more »
